friday january 6 /1989
i went to the family medicine center for my appointment , i drove the green toyota abed has aclass a test i guess so i had to go by myslf then nana said she will come along .. the doctor dr nada awad said i have to check in and i am already in labor , so i said i will call my dh and then we didi the papers he said he will come at 6 when he finishes.. by this time i deliverd and had my seventh girl the doctors advised me to undergo tubal ligation ( free operation so i dont have any more children ) of course i refused they wondered if i am trying to still ahve babaies till i have a boy i said no bas i dont want to lose any of my body for no reason ... now i had the girl she was 3kilos like niam she looked most .. but she was yellow so doc commented she has jaundice
saturday the next day we wanted to leave the hospital but we were not advised unless we sign papaers that we will discharge the baby under our responsibilityand we accepted coz if we dont leave on saturday then we ahve to stay at hospital till mondayso we discharged her ..
still not knowing what to ame the new baby we tried the name alma for one day and arwa for the other , aida was on the list too but then may was almost ten plus she cme from the tv room and said let it be bayan so we agreed and ammo rashed was in the salon and we all agreed and asked abed to go on monday and get teh birth certificate with the name bayan ... of course we were ahppy wiht bayan but people as usual oh another girl
kalto died on november 21 one day earlier than independence day ... as usual i hd problems nursing bayan sore breasts and fever but i stayed giving her my milk in bottles and also gave her ( shashiyat louz and sugar) but one month after she was born i noticed she had afever so i took her to the doc it was also friday exactly 4 wks after birth
the doc tor checked her weight she was still 3 kilos as when she saw life and high fever and when i told him she has hernia he examined her and found nothing then after she cried he noticed it and her they asked that she be admitted to hospital but i was not expecting so i told abed and called home inno i have to stay with her
of course ER room proceedures were not easy
she was admitted and they said she cannot breast feed and her i was doing my best to BF her but now i cannaot so again i went to save my milk for her ber but things at hospital ddinot go easily
after one day she started to show red skin and rash all ov er docs said she is allaergic to ampicillin
so the gave her another medication now temerature went and now we need to see when to operate on her hernia one week later it was assigned to be her aqaeeqa day peopele were wsked to come eat dinner at her grandparents and she was still at hospital but thank god she was discharged that same day of course i didnot not attend neither she ... now bayan returned home ... i think i will continue in arabic
